I have spent 30 years learning what the body needs to feel better, and for the past 7 years I have welcomed clients into my studio on South Main Street in Nixa. Every session starts with a conversation, because no two bodies carry stress the same way. Whether you come in for a quiet hour of pure relaxation or you arrive with a specific ache you want addressed, I tailor the work to you.

My hot stone massage is a little different from what you may have had before. I use a newer type of hot stone that holds its heat far longer, so the warmth keeps sinking into tight muscles instead of fading halfway through. I am the only therapist in Nixa working with these stones, and clients tell me the difference is easy to feel. Alongside them I offer cold stone massage when soothing inflammation and calming an overworked area is the goal.

My training goes well beyond one style. I blend swedish massage for long, relaxing strokes with deeper therapeutic massage when knots need real attention. Much of my focus lands on pain management, and I hold certifications in fibromyalgia, back pain, and carpal tunnel, so I know how to work carefully with sensitive conditions. I use multiple techniques in a single visit when that is what your body responds to best, always checking in as I go.

My studio stays quiet, warm, and welcoming, because the atmosphere matters as much as the hands-on work. People leave with looser muscles, better range of motion, and a calmer head.
