“I managed to sleep wrong, to such an extent that when brushing my teeth in the morning, I had to brace my elbow against the bathroom countertop, while resting my chin in my hand, in order to be able to lean forward enough to spit. I called Marketa to make an appointment, and while she didn't have any available appointments for today, after mentioning that I was in pretty bad shape after sleeping wrong, she offered to stay after her usual closing time to take care of me. While she doesn't have magic powers to perform a miracle and completely erase that level of pain in one session, it made a night-and-day difference, and I can function again! Thanks Marketa!”
