Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://hotstonemassagenixa.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Massage By Marketa reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Massage By Marketa markets and arranges Hot Stone Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Massage, Cold Stone Massage, Pain Management. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Ownership. Massage By Marketa (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Massage By Marketa makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation. In no event will Massage By Marketa's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Massage By Marketa harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MO, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MO.

Term Changes. Massage By Marketa may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
